Zephrify
Terms of use
Last updated 18 October 2026.
These are the terms on which TGF Digital ("we") provides Zephrify. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle your data is in the privacy notice.
What Zephrify is
Zephrify builds websites from verified data about real places and things, and publishes them as static pages. Each fact on a page is traced to its source and dated. We take data from third parties; it is as accurate as the source was on the date shown on the page ("Checked"), and we do not promise it is complete or current.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your password and API keys safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into it.
The plan and payment
The plan is billed monthly in pounds sterling by Stripe, at the price shown on the plan page when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from that page. When you cancel you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. If something is wrong with a charge, write to hello@zephrify.com.
What you can publish
- You can build sites from the data and markets we offer. If you use your own domain you must control it, and we will ask you to prove it with a DNS record before we attach it.
- Do not use Zephrify for anything unlawful, to mislead people, or to interfere with the service or other people's use of it.
- The pages we generate carry the credit the data's licence requires (for example OpenStreetMap contributors, or GeoNames). You must leave those credits in place.
- There are limits: currently up to 10 sites per account and about 30,000 pages per site, and the API is rate-limited. They exist to keep the service fair and affordable for everyone.
If something goes wrong
We take reasonable care to keep the service running and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or that every page will be free of errors. We may change features, and we may archive or suspend a site, or end an account, that breaks these terms or the law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account from your account page at any time. Doing so cancels your subscription straight away and archives your sites. Pages already published stay online until the hosting for them is removed.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
